All of the services begin with information sharing and a walk through of your property. Photos and notes will be taken, along with a demonstration of how one area can be transformed through proper staging.

1. CONSULT/REPORT: Our stager visits a Seller's property to instruct and direct what must be done to best ready the property for market. A written, room by room report will be provided to the homeowner so that they can complete the work themselves.
2. REARRANGE: In2itive Design transforms the property working only with the sellers existing furniture, art, and accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible. The home owner will receive photos of staged areas to be used in real estate listings. Whether you choose to have us stage your critical areas or the whole house, you set the budget. Choose from half day staging, full day staging or weekend open house (2 day) staging packages.
3. ENHANCE: Includes the above Rearranging service, plus In2itive Design adds decorative "props" and/or furniture to create the desired effect for your listing photos and/or Open House. The home owner will receive photos of the staged areas to be used in real estate listings. Choose from half day staging, full day staging or weekend open house (2 day) staging packages.
